Co-Creation Workshop in Lisbon

The Co-Creation Workshop took place on 3 March 2026 at Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics in Lisbon. The event brought together stakeholders from higher education institutions (HEIs), community builders, private capital, innovation support organizations, deep-tech startups, public authorities, and entrepreneurship centres. The session was facilitated by Margarita Oja Da Silva and aimed to validate the regional innovation ecosystem and co-create potential solutions to strengthen it.

Part I focused on reviewing and validating the ecosystem mapping results. Through presentations and group discussions, participants identified key gaps in the ecosystem and highlighted strategic challenges or opportunities, resulting in a validated ecosystem map with missing or weak actors. Part II focused on defining stakeholder needs and developing potential responses. Participants created stakeholder personas with prioritized needs and proposed solution concepts tailored to the local ecosystem.

Overall, the workshop enabled collaborative reflection and the co-creation of practical ideas to strengthen the regional innovation ecosystem.
